Haggai – Reform & Rebuild | Ray Moore Live | 1.14.20
Description
Haggai is about overcoming opposition and discouragement in God’s work. It is about finishing what we started in God’s work. In this case it was rebuilding the temple in Jerusalem after the return from the seventy year captivity in Babylon. Haggai is typical of preachers and prophets today who God uses to call His people out of inaction, complacency and discouragement; and shows what can happen when we obey His call. Haggai is a great story of repentance, renewal, revival, reform, and rebuilding, and can be a prescription for such today, too.
TEXTS: Jeremiah 29:10-14; Ezra 1-5; Haggai 1,2.
